XGY-10/20 tubing hydrostatic testing machine
Use: XGY - 10/20 pipe hydrostatic testing machine this series of machine main technical parameters in full compliance with the requirements of GB/T6111, GB/T15560 standard, suitable for all kinds of fluid conveying hydrostatic and tube blasting tests are carried out with plastic tubing.The products have the characteristics of external appearance, simple structure, high precision, good stability and convenient operation, etc., which are the necessary test instruments for the quality testing departments of various research institutes and the manufacturers of pipe materials.
The machine has two control modes: 1. LED digital instrument control, display test pressure and time.2. The instrument control is equipped with a PC (i.e. the computer), and the serial port is connected with the instrument.
The test machine consists of three parts: pressure control system, constant temperature medium box and clamping device.The latest version of static hydraulic software is included in the selection of PC.
1. Pressure control system mainly consists of pressure source, pressure pipeline and electric control.Pressure source (i.e., test pressure pump) is used to provide total pressure on the main pressure system according to the test conditions.The pressure pipeline consists of accumulator, pressure gauge, solenoid valve, one-way valve, filter, manual needle valve and connecting pipe.The electrical control part consists of digital display instrument, pressure sensor, solenoid valve, relay, overheat protector, various switches and so on.
2. The thermostatic media box is composed of box, circulating pump, heater and temperature control system.When the power of the system is opened, the water in the tank shall be set according to the use requirement, the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, and the heater will start to keep the water in the water tank at the desired temperature.(two specifications of single heat and refrigerating heating system for constant temperature |
